Where to Ask First

For a local jail release, start with the Limestone County Sheriff's Office Detention Division. For a state-prison release, use ADOC. For parole, probation, or mandatory-release supervision, use ABPP or the local community corrections office when the case is in that program. Court records belong with the court system, not the jail roster.

• For parole, state probation, absconder status, or supervision questions, use Parole / Probation and contact ABPP when appropriate.
• For same-day release checking, use Released Last 24 Hours. Limestone County has a date-based portal search, not a separate confirmed rolling feed.
• For a release date or alert, use Inmate Release Date and VINELink Release Check.
• For a facility-specific question, use the facility pages listed in the footer and confirm with the operating agency.

State And Court Contacts

Use the agency that owns the record. A Limestone County jail booking record and an ADOC prison discharge are different records, even if the person lived in the same county after release.
